My diary hasn't been that accurate over the weekend as i have been in my bed most of the weekend due to illness and I only started back logging my foods a week ago!

I'm on day 17 level two, not lost any pounds or inches! I've stopped doing it everyday cos my knee hurts if I do! I do two days then test for one! I'm starting to get annoyed as I'm not seeing any changes!!

I'm on day 10 of the 30 day shred and started on level two yesterday! I've not lost any weight or inches yet, does anyone know when I should start to see results? I have a pic from day 1 and another from day 8 I don't think there is any difference but my husband does!! I'm a very impatient person btw!!
