  • Hi! When I did the RI30, I didn't do much structured exercise outside of it. I have two kids and we are always on the go, playing, pushing them in strollers, carrying them around, playing in yard, etc, stuff like that. So i suppose that counted too, but I wasn't actively seeking out other ways to burn cals. Hope that helps!
