I felt the same way I have a 24 hour gym so I would go when I knw only a few people would be there ! lol but I started going a bit earlier now when its packed and its actually nice! and dont be afraid of people judging you, just think that they are there for the same exact reason!!!

haha WOW well first things first don't have that type of food in your house thats a lot of calories for so little of things! keep fruit around and maybe sugar free candies . Dont be too hard on yourself Ive done that plenty of times… just work out a little extra tomorrow !

If you were actively moving in the water, if you were just throwing a ball around or so then id say no but if you were doing laps, playing tag just something where legs had to move a lot then that would be fast pace

Yeah my family still buys sweets and it's hard to resist but what I do is just have a little to satisfy, then leave the house and let them eat it all lol or I tell them to hide it !!!!! but they try to buy less now just talk to them about buying healthier choices of sweets there's new skinny cow chocolates!

If you have a small petite frame, I'd say it's okay if your BMI says it! but just see how 110 looks and then do yoga and start toning , a toned body looks better than a fragile skinny one ! :)

I am a former cast member! and worked at a fast food place, Disney obviously offers bottled water and tap water is always free.
