I've actually done the 30 day shred before and looked amazing after, this is of course with healthy eating and extra exercise like cardio. I just wanted more reviews from other people on different programs like 30DS these programs are definitely NOT easy and require commitment.

it's totally possible!!!!! you just need some super dedication to losing weight! like hardcore diet/healthy eating and working out religiously, like 2 times a day 6 days or 5 days a week and a lot of weight lifting! If you have the money get a nutritionist and a person trainer

lol … UM I've never been to a place where it's "healthy" other than Whole Foods or My house… we have this fast food place (not really fast food but don't know what to call it) and its like frozen yogurt and they sell like … flatbread things and whatnot but even those prob have a ton of calories!! lol
