30 day shred question for ANYONE who has done it
Okay, So I did this program twice and I forgot if I took rest days or not. I am doing it again and looked at one of those calendars that tell you how to go about it and I saw no rest day. Do you guys do rest days and get results? I'm pretty sure I took rest days each level! let me know thanks!

I have a weight bench, now what? I need help on what to do!
Ok I am 5'3 21 years old , weak in the arms still I have a weight bench but I'm not sure what to do to lose weight with it ( lbs and reps wise) does anyone have any suggestions such as exercises and reps and how many days to do it?? thanks

Has anyone ever done 30 Day Shred twice???
I have done it almost once, need 6 more days but when Jillian says I should be seeing abs now, I don't… haha but maybe people who were only doing this to tone and had less body fat saw abs? anyway, I wanted to do it again so that this time since I'm 6 lbs lighter and a more toned maybe I'll see ab results what do you guys…

is twenty minutes enough for weight lifting?
I do about 30-40 minutes cardio sometimes more then I go to weight lifting but not for too long I usually only do 3 sets of 12-15 5 machines should I be doing more to lose weight and gain muscle or is what I'm doing okay?
