If so what did you do to get passed it?

Did you work out more?

Did you eat less? eat more?

Please provide height and age and activity level !

I added an additional 800 calories.. I went from 1800 to 2600 calories. I am 5'11, 30 yr old and male. I have a desk job and workout 6 hours a week.

How long have you plateaus.. what are your stats, how much are you eating.. what is your exercise routine? I will say, all the people I helped break plateaus all shared the same thing in common... too aggressive of a weight loss goal and eating too little.

How long? I hit a 2-3 weeks plateau every month (well, every month since I started 4 months ago, and I'm currently at the end of one, hopefully!). Then lose 7-10lbs in 10 days, not changing anything. Don't worry unless it lasts a month.

Your body will lose weight in chucks. It's not even considered a plateau until you hit 4-6 weeks.

To break my plateau, I worked out more & ate about the same. I just am more cautious about my sodium intake, since it causes water retention=weight gain or plateaus.

    I'm 5'7", 39 (almost 40), & very active (walking about 8 miles/day)

I also drink more water now.
