It is my experience, strength, and hope. I still eat for pleasure but maybe only once per week. The rest of the time I am eating for fuel. It may not taste good but I choke it down and go to the gym.

I growl, sweat, and possibly grunt but I do not try and do it...just let it happen. It helps with the intensity and move into BEAST mode. Beasts make these noises...

I actually was messing around with the deadlift for the first time last leg day. I guess after reading this thread I am going to work on it. On your leg day...what do you do first? DL, Squats, Lunges?
