Thanks peoples :) I greatly appreciate all the suggestions !!! I know "the gym" is not the be all & end all of all exercise, I'm just looking for ways to get creative (as I don't have a creative bone in my body) :P

i hear you!!! I've lost 30lbs so far, and they're not pronounced yet, but i hit them when pulling a bra strap, etc keep forgetting I have a bone there !!! Congrats!!! - Natalie -

I figured it was a bit high, hence why I'm taking the lower estimate of zee treadmill. I'd rather think i burned 200 ... and if it's more, than BONUS :) it'll be a surprise at week's end haha

YAY for vacations :) I WISH I had your problem haha I won't touch a bathing suit, nevermind a bikini :P I've lost 10 lbs in the last month, and that was just staying under my 1'600 calories & walking for 1 hour (4 x week) I'm sure you'll do amazing if you apply yourself :) good luck <3

AGREED on many counts :) I be 23 and have been overweight since 5th grade, and fell into the "obese" category after highschool. I think you looked great in your ORIGINAL pic :) ... but where you are today is ALSO great ! ... I personally think that the middle photo is too thin for your height, etc. Anywhere between what you are and what you were at your "heaviest" is amazing <3

That is crraaaazzy-ness!!! I am basically following in your shoes. Same beginning weight; similar goal weight. This is awesome to see such a drastic change :) Congratz !!! I hope I have as much determination as you. How long did it take you? And what did you do in the form of exercise?
