I knew I had dinner plans out at a Mexican restaurant with my niece and nephews so I planned ahead, doing a circuit class after work and before dinner :) That never happens :D

SO many inspirational stories!!! Go US!!!! I am 5'1" and 183 right now. The lowest height I remember was 140 and I was pretty small because I have a large chest. I would love to see that number again but that was 27 years ago so right now I am shooting for 165.

I am in a similar spot. Stopped eating sugar (a few small pieces of chocolate for Halloween), and trying to make my carbs whole grains. fruits/veggies/legumes and not eating back my exercise. I have lost 6 lbs in 5 days. I know it is water and at least a scale move but I don't want it to mess up my metabolism or set me up…

Pomegranate infused balsamic vinegar is awesome! Also the more cucumbers in a salad, the less need for dressing.

Thanks for all the feedback. I am going to stop using restaurant food info to estimate what I ate and will also start recording my water intake. May will be better :)

Thanks everyone. As far as clean, I meant relatively clean for me and in a way that has brought me weight loss in the past. I have changed my goal back to net 1400 and lowered carbs from 40% to 30% which makes all the past entries look even worse since MFP changes your historical goals as well. Yes I agree the sugar is too high. I should note that I am not really eating out but using the items that closely match what I ate. That Denny's omelette was actually my egg beaters omelette with sauteed veggies and cheese, for example. My days are really great, it is running out of time in the evenings that is hurting me.…

I want in please. I weigh 180 and am trying to lose weight by trimming sugars and carbs. I am super lazy about recording food :( but I am committed to daily exercise in some form for every day of 2013!

I just signed up for MFP and want in on this challenge. CW 177 GW 150 (For Starters) I exercise around 5 times a week. It is the food that is killing me! I hope this is a great start in using this tool!
