This is helpful. I'm finishing up week 6 of Insanity and have started to think about what to do next. I was thinking about training for a 5k in the fall. Before Insanity, I couldn't run a full mile without stopping. It will be interesting to see how my cardio endurance has improved post-Insanity. Good luck on your 10k!

Woo-hoo! I just finished Week 5 of my first Insanity round. I will say, I can already notice an improvement from the first time I did the max workouts until the second time...but yeah, I'm sore.
