Thank you, that does help. I will try to stay on there longer. Honestly it gets boring after 30 mins so after I do some crunches and lift weights.

Well I am 5 4, and I used to be 135 and was pretty happy with myself. After my break up of 6 years, I somehow gained weight. I am now 151 and I hate it! I have been trying for about two months and can't lose weight! So hoping this site helps. I want to be back where I was!
