5'6, Starting weight of 204.5 and want to get to 150 and then work on toning my arms and legs.0

I'm 5'5 & starting weight was 160's. For me this is a size 14 jeans because I carry it all in the legs/rear My goal had been 130 & hoping to see a size 6-8 again........ but I am now 143 and can wear a size 8!!! I definitely need to lose a little more and tone up whats there but I'm not as concerned about the scale number anymore.0

I'm 5 feet, 4.5 inches. Currently at 134 (down from 139), would like to hit and stay at 125. Although I currently fit in the acceptable weight range for my height, I am not particularly muscular and have a small frame. I can see that I'm carrying at least an extra ten pounds of unwanted fat. Along with losting the fat, I'd like to build some muscle.0

I'm 5'51/2'' and weigh 147lbs. I want to weigh 125, but I'll settle for 130. I basically just want to look and feel good. If I lose some of this tummy, DEFINETLY the love handles and lower back fat, and tone up the thighs, then I don't really care what the scale says. However, I'm sure if I look good, the scale will be around my goal weight.0

I'm 5'6". Start weight was 185 (but I've been as heavy as 205 in the past.) My "dream" weight would be about 145, but I think I will feel happy and sexy around 160.0

5'5 and 140 lbs. I started at 225 in January, down to 195, slowly but surely0

I'm 5'5 and 3 kids later at my peak after number 3 203 then got down to 193.. and since Jan lost 22 pounds.. my 1st gola is to get to 150 ish then my 2nd goal would be 135 ish.. anything under that I am to thin.. I want to have some meat on my bones , just like when my hubs met me. not fat nor to thin.0

I'm 5'4". I'm shooting for about 160 for my first major goal and then re-evaluating when I get there. My ribcage is really large. So, I think if I lose too much, I'll look odd. But my goal is 145 on mfp.0

I'm 5'4 really over weight, just started with myfitnesspal today.. I would love to see 150, toned up and healthier. I have a very LONG road ahead of me. MY 25 anniversary is in march, hoping to reach at least 160 by then.0

I am 5'4" and am currently at 150. My ultimate goal is 133 (2 lbs less than my favourite weight was in university). I am hoping to do this with diet and exercise, though I think that since I build muscle fast, I may have a challenging time seeing that number on the scale drop. I am going to try and find out what my BF% is and try to decrease that to something realistic and healthy.0

I'm 5'6, currently 140 and not unhappy with it at all but I actually put on weight doing 30 Day Shred, I'm on Day 22, hoping to get at least back to 136 where I was when I started but ultimately 126 would be good!0

Well I am 5 4, and I used to be 135 and was pretty happy with myself. After my break up of 6 years, I somehow gained weight. I am now 151 and I hate it! I have been trying for about two months and can't lose weight! So hoping this site helps. I want to be back where I was!0

that's only about 10lbs off my "natural" weight of 110lbs0 -
I'm 5'4", and before children (I was 18) I weighed 130lbs. I'd like to get back to that size, it was an 8. I got up to a size 18 and said NO MORE. I'm into a tight 14 now, and have lost 22lbs. I'm stalling out, and hoping it kicks back in soon with new exercises and foods. Goal is 130lbs again0

I'm 5'5" and weigh 158.6, my starting weight was 202. The charts say my healthy weight should be 130-150, I've set it at 143. If, no when I get there I may go lower, but my goal is to just feel great!0

5'5, I'm at 141ish and I'm trying to get to 128 as I was last summer. When I get there I'll try to get to 120, but my goal is 128 and hopefully I'll be happy with that0

I'm 5'4 and at about 187. I want to be toned, but I have a super hourglass figure, so I don't want to be lean and muscled with a flat stomach. I've been at that point, and was far more comfortable playing up to my curves than I was to a flat stomach. I want to be around 140/145, but toned. Not just...loose fitting skin.0
