5'5"- goal 125-130 and around 21-22% body fat. Currently at about 138 and 25%.0

I'm 5'6 and 158 lbs.
My goal weight is 120 lbs, have a flat and toned stomach, and much thinner thighs.
Sick of feeling bloated!0 -
I'm 5'5.5 and my goal is between 118-124 and to look thin but fit. My lowest was 112 and I loved how I looked, but I would like to have more muscle this time around, so the low 120s seems reasonable and healthy.0

I'm 5'5", starting weight 154, currently 142 and I would like to get to 120. I want to get out of Large size, and size 12 clothing and back to a size 6 or 8 and get rid of the mommy pouch.0

I'm 5'5" and I use to be 350...currently I'm just above 215....My 1st goal is to just get under 200, my "dream" goal is to get to 180! I know to most that sounds high, but I"m trying to be realistic and plus, I've already had a tummy tuck and other plastic and can't afford to do it all again so I don't want to loose to much weight....Not that I think i could ever be under 180...genetically I think I'm just meant to be a bigger gal (plus my husband loves my curves!)0

I'm 41 and 5'5.5 (the .5 is very important ). I'm most comfortable when I'm 115-117. Started at 125 and now I'm at 119 (although last week I was at 122...my weight fluctuates a lot :ohwell: ).
I'm more concerned with toning up than losing. I'm petite up top so I'd prefer to match on bottom.0 -
I'm slightly over 5'4" don't really have a weight goal. I have a friend that's about 5'1", weighs about 175lbs, and is slim and fit. After I found out how much she weighs, I just went 'damn, I don't care how much I end up weighing, I just want to look that good!'0

So, so bummed to not be in this group. I thought I was 5'4.5" but I just measured myself and it was 5'3.5". I guess if I round up, I'm in, lol, but it seems like I am shrinking!!!
That said, my starting weight was 199, my current weight is 182 and my goal weight is about 149. I'll know better when I get closer. I've gotten down to 137 once (doing Atkins) but it was impossible/miserable to stay there and that was almost a decade ago. I think your goal weight has to adjust as you get older.0 -
I'm 5'6 and my goal is 122lbs, i am currently 132lbs, i'm NEARLY happy with the top half of my body but a lot of my recent weight gain has been on my legs/butt area so once that's gone i'll be happy0

Great response! Thank you to all you 5'5" posters who are my height. You all have inspired me just by being able to read your stories of success (and struggle). Thank you! I'm 5'5" and lost 25 lbs in 6 months, then joined this excellent site and have lost 5 more pounds. Currently stalling out at 156 lbs but still inspired. My first goal is to reach 139 lbs (my Weight Watcher lifetime goal) and then to stabilize at 125-130, a good weight for me that includes plenty of muscle.0

I'm 5'4.5" I love having curves, but mine are pretty extreme. I just want to go down to somewhere around 150lbs, that way I can keep my curves, but actually be able to buy clothes and bras at regular stores! :laugh:0

I'm 44 and 5'4", with a medium/heavy bone structure. My current goal is 140-145, which I would be reasonably satisfied to maintain. My ideal goal is 132, which is a weight I stayed at for much of my early 20's and looked good on me. I once fell to 121 when I was sick, and it didn't look good on me. 128, maybe, but probably no lower than that.0

I'm 5'5, weight is 155.00. i'm an avid runner i completed 7 marathons last year - for about 13 total. would love to get down below my lowest weight of 137.00. my ultimate goal would be to hit 125 and be completely toned by then.0

that is my goal too! i reached 137 with a whole lot of committment but it was hard to maintain and the lbs crept up again, this is my 2nd go around to reach that same weight and then some! good luck to you!0

I am 23 and 5'6. I only started doing this about 2 weeks ago. My starting weight was 204.4 and my current weight is 199.8! Can't believe I'm in the 100's! I use to be around 140- 145 a few years ago. My goal weight right now is 150lbs but we will see when I get there! I my lower it alittle.0
