Broccoli, zucchini and cauliflower are wonder foods for bulking up meals with very few calories. I also find potatoes to be very filling.

I’ve yo-yo’d as much as 75#, so I know exactly how it feels. I’m now 2 solid years maintaining and it’s still not easy. Re-stating what’s above in very basic steps: 1. Establish your maintance calories 2. Set a weight range 3. Weigh daily 4. Adjust your calories up or down when you get outside your range Hang in there!

I’d get an instant pot and batch cook dried rice, beans, lentils, potatoes, oatmeal, grains like quinoa and use those as a base for meal then add steamed veg like broccoli, cauliflower, brussel sprouts, squash, peppers - anything fresh or frozen that’s on sale. Barring any medical issues, There is no possible way you are not losing if you are indeed eating 1400 cals a day. Top things I’d check are oils used in cooking and your portion sizes.

I’d do your best to rebuild with food. Kefir, sauerkraut (not together), yogurt, kambucha, etc. lots of veg, leafy greens, fruit, whole grains, etc.

Walk and listen to a variety of podcast and mind breathing, or tai chi or Pilates.

I don’t know for sure, but I assume the estrogen/progesterone HRT are similar to birth control, which I stayed on was past menopause. The minute i stopped, i felt so much better, no mood swings or anxiety, just normal.

Gaining and losing weight, especially multiple times, does no ones skin good— at any age, but the longer your overweight, the more likely you are to have baggy skin on the face and otherwise.

I had the flu last spring and didn’t rest except the two days I literally couldn’t crawl out of bed. I think that made my recovery take much longer. I should note that my exercise is all outdoors or in my home gym, so I wasn’t putting anyone else at risk.

I’d add to this salad about 200g of potatoes or roast squash or beets - or 100g beans. Some nice heavy starch will make it a meal and a tiny drizzle of balsamic will make it delicious.

@Noreenmarie1234. Sorry but I t’s not true. They do not work at all. Seriously. I’ve tried all of them. If you’re vegan, learn to like gooey fluff, because it ain’t happening. If you’re not vegan, use Quest.
