very nice, i like your story, we all have one, but, i have alot of the same issues with food--add me as a friend as i am a positive upbeat person, dont like negativity, and all around good encouragement with the friends i have and the friends i am finding on my fitness pal. this helps me tremendously, im sure i can help…

so i use muscle milk, chocolate, it doesnt taste so bad, all the exercise i was doing and i was afraid i was going to lose muscle, well, 23 pounds down, and doin great, add me if you want, im a positive person, dont like negativity , lots of encouragement in my groups of friends,,,after all, it sucks doing it alone:smile:

well i crave sugar too, how about trying to keep some fresh fruit around the house, like some real sweet stuff, cantalope, watermelon, oranges, strawberries, mangos...its tough, the best way i found is to not keep the bad sweet stuff in the house, its easy to just go to the freezer and grab the ice cream, anyway, good luck…

i work for yrc freight, i pack a cooler full of, carrots for snacking, hard boiled eggs, cucumbers, a salad for each day i am going to be out. also hummus is good, pickles, its alot of work to pack up before i leave, but its well worth it, i have lost 18 pounds in 6 weeks. fat free ranch dressing is low in calories, you…

why not, if it works for you, too many people lose the weight and just give up and gain it all back, why not do it so you still want to keep it up, i have a cheat day myself, and living in chicago, the food is just too good, especially pizza and sausage
