Honestly mine happens for 2 main reasons. 1. If we go out of town and have to stay over or longer than expected. We usually grab fast food or something quick and cheap. I end up cheating.. 2. I am getting stronger though. i increased the amount of weights in almost every exercise each week.

Yes i was doing around 1400 cals but after doing scoobys calc i changed it to 1685. i drink alot of water Also

I am doing keto. And keep protien around 90 . Just upped it to 105.

LoL some of u crack me up! Ok solo I have around 30 lbs left to loose but i want to build muscle. I'm a stay at home mom..can't go to a gym..i like something no longer than 45 min a day.

I havent subtracted it yet. I just didnt know if im burning more calories a day than TDEE figures for me...as far as exercise goes.

Ahhh thanks sooo much guys! I feel alot better. I had no idea that fat loss goes where it wants haha..i do use dumbells in my workouts.. but want to start strength training soon.
