I weigh myself first thing in the morning everyday. i have always done that. It keeps me motivated. If i am up a little i just try to work harder that day or drink more water that day

I really watch my sugars. If i have fruit it is in the am so i can burn it off but don't eat as much as i used to. Since I have limited my sugar intake i have lost weight. i was shocked too so I have changed my eating habits alot

I have a wire hair terrier and minature schauzer. My wire is a puppy mill rescue and schnauzer is a dog the breeder didn't want because he turned out all white and they can't akc him. See their pic in my profile pics:smile:

I drink diet Pepsi on occasion now. I used to drink it quite abit. I now drink more crystal light or the walmart brand of orange or raspberry lemonade.

I am now wearing a fruit of the loom sports bra. I would always have a problem with falling out of my bra. I was a 42 d and am now a 38 d and can probably go to a c now. I like it and it is very comfortable. i wear it all the time not just when working out. the price is very reasonable. got it at walmart.com for about $15
