from walmart i ordered fruit of the loom sports bra. works great and only cost 12 dollars. my other playtex ones i would also fall out of. this bra is great. i am now a 38d and gives me alot more support than the playtex did

I have some dvds of hers that i use quite a bit. I put them in under exercise as circuit training. One has the belt, another hand weights and another the 2 lb ball. She makes the exercise fun!!! using them it helps you tighten up

I really watch my sugars. I eat strawberries often or also kiwi. I try to compensate on my other foods though. For me since I have done that I have lost weight. I try to keep everything at 0 or under

I am glad there is popcorn lovers out there. I use the hot air popper and put the spray butter on it. It is my treat at night and it fills me up. Of course I have to share with my dogs... they love it too!!!

i do eat the atkins bars because they are high in protein and low in sugar. It is my treat because i think i am eating a candy bar. I also follow my diet to high protein and low sugar because it is what works for me..

My dogs just sit and watch me. They know when I am done they get my full attention. Dogs are so smart!!

I fill out mine in the morning for the whole day, including snacks. That way I can try to get my numbers all in line. At the end of the day I go in there and change any changes I have had or take off anything i didn't eat. It works good for me because I know ahead of time what I am going to eat.

i take pork rinds(high in protein) pretzels, pita chips, or baked chips or cheetos and weigh them on food scale. I put them in 1 ounce bags. I do this before I open the bag. i also take the atkins treat bars. low in sugar. these are nice treats and work in nice with my food plan and i feel like i am getting a treat.

I always do my major shopping at aldis and what i can't find there go to wal-mart. My meat i buy from a local store and sentry when on sale. my local store has such good prices on fresh produce. it pays to shop around for the stores with the best deals
