I have been on MFP for about 4 years now. works great for me. Logging your food, water and exercise is important. I log my food for the entire day in the morning and stick to what I logged. If I don't I go back and change it. I lost 45 lbs and MFP helps me to keep it off and try to lose more. I log my walking on Runtastic…

i use runtastic app on my phone for walking and it automatically goes to mfp and facebook. i do alot of walking so it works good for me.

going to try this too.. i think i will cut recipe down to 1/3 and use little crock pot. since there is only me and husband and sometimes he wont eat it if it doesnt look good..haha he isnt on mfp

Has anyone heard about the Crane Wireless Activity Tracker. I use the Runtastic App on my iPhone and it automatically transfers to MFP and works great. would like to get a activity tracker to c how far i go in 1 full day. But I would like it to transfer to MFP

I am going to try this. I like to make things and put them in cupcake tins. I freeze them seperately and take them out when I need too. Great portion control too...thanks for the recipe

bump some good comments on here. I also watch my sugar which has helped me lose too..but i do like fruit

I log it as circuit training. I use the walk away belt and also on some cds I use 2lb hand weights or 2 lb ball weights. I usually alternate them. Hope to get back at it but I would alternate walking tapes and then treadmill and bike. That is how i lost the 49 lbs. excercise makes a big difference:smile:
