Evening Everyone!
Well in southwest Michigan we have been bombarded with snow ever since Thanksgiving and tonight wind chills could go as low as -40!! Yikes..that sure is cold! I worked from home today and will also do so tomorrow.. I hope the rest of you are staying warm because this polar vortex is affecting nearly everyone.
.Wow! You gals rock! Thank you for taking time to post! Now shall we share those favorite recipes? We could actually make a message board or boards for various types of foods... My initial idea is to take our favorite regional dish and make it lighter... not sure what clever name we could give to the board.. but I am sure you have some awesome ideas..Perhaps we could come up with a name for us as a team and then use that as part of the message board name..something like " Smokin' Gals make Regional Dishes healthy.. . Are you up for the challenge? Bye for now have fun and stay warm!

Just checked out this website - looks great. Thanks for sharing.0 -
Allrecipes is terrific, this is one I use a lot... I halve the sugar, use 50% wholemeal flour, freeze in wedges, seconds to defrost when needed. A few secs more & you have a hot steamy pudd. It tastes like REAL FOOD :-D
