My sister-in-law is currently in the middle of Week 7 of this workout. I constantly see facebook status updates of how exhausted she is afterwards but how worth it she thinks it is as well! Maybe I can join this motivational group? I've been finding it quite hard to find different foods to eat with my picky palate so perhaps having a concrete date will help. I've been taking Women's One-A-Day Active Metabolism everyday with lunch. I'm hoping to bump it up to breakfast soon though once I start getting in the habit of eating one daily, lol.

Quite a few restaurants have (delicious) lo-cal menu options now too. And I've read that ordering off the child menu is a pretty popular way to keep those extra calories down. For the drinks, I have no advice. I'm planning on sticking to iced tea when I am dining out from now on and opting out of all alcohol.
