now, aside from toning up, I also have to buy some clothes that actually fit.... I think I am more scared of that prospect than actually losing the weight.

listen to your body... I try to work out 5 to 6 days a week, but will take a day off when my body says to... no point in pushing yourself to an injury.....

My secret, was to keep under my calorie count and I took up running... granted when I started I might have been able to call it a slowtrot. now, my goal it's to tone my muscle a bit. I hope to upload some pics once I get in front of my laptop, but I was excited & had to share

8k in april... zombie infested 5k with obstacle in may and either a 5or 10 k later in the year. Currently I am training on a treadmill, but plan on going outside once it warms up.. Wisconsin winters are no fun to run in

I fit it in when I can... I have a goal to hit the gym eveyday for at least a half hour of cardio... The only time I can do it is before work which means being at the gym @ 3:30 in the AM... So far I have been able to hit 4 days a week with a longer run on Sunday's....One of these days, I will need to get some weight…

I personally used the elliptical when I first started going to the gym....however, I now exclusively use the treadmill... I just enjoy it more. do whichever you like more... as long as its an exercise you enjoy, is it wrong?
