Planning ahead for weight maintenence
I have been following a relatively decent diet & exercise regimen since July of 2012... so far I have lost 85 lbs and have just 15 to go to hit my goal of 100 lbs... I think I should be able to do that by my Birthday at the end of March. Does anyone have any advice on how to transition into a maintenence mode?
