QUESTION: how does Bane eat?
-
HAHAHA this made me laugh!!!
-
let me know what you think of it. the scoop is huge and rather intimidating but it mixes really well... just get a good shaker or be prepared to stir... tastes amazing!

EAS makes a good whey shake - go with chocolate for taste and mix with milk if you can take the extra calories. if you have a target where you live, market pantry has an identical shake with a little less calories that mixes really well and tastes amazing. let me know if you have anymore questions!!

ahhhh the thought of no alcohol for 30 days is a great one... but sounds so tough!!! i only drink socially, i never have a beer at home by myself. i have a buddy that competes and he doesn't drink at all anymore (for competitions only) and finds it very hard to stay in the dating game when you don't have alcohol involved.…

Ditto...I can workout myself out until I'm drenched in sweat but if I'm eating over my calorie goal it won't make that big of a difference. Plus, some people use working out as an excuse to eat higher calorie foods (I just worked out for 2 hours, I deserve it!) but they really haven't burned as many calories as they think.…
