what is your current fitness level? how long could you spend on a treadmill continuously moving/running if you were to get on one right now?

Hey there - I use the CatEye double wireless system. There is a stationary sensor on the frame and one on a spoke of your back tire. It tracks your RPMs and converts it speed and distance traveled as well. I love it for my trainer and on the road. Hope this helps!

do you run treadmill or outside? if you run treadmill, set it for 30 minutes and just do what you can. take a day of rest. then the next time you hop on the treadmill and do it again. you will see progress more than you think! :)

mine is fitness related... starting august 1st i want to run 3.1 miles 3x a week ultimately running it drastically faster

i had plantar fascitis not too long ago and often run with tape in a pattern designed to support the plantar... it has really helped... they also make it for shins and every joint... i highly recommend it

where in STX? i grew up in corpus i'm in houston now... we are flat as well but we have several parks around here that have20-30ft inclines... running hills will get that heart bursting out of your chest

all really good ideas. i really like the one where you weigh daily and make a chart... i'm a numbers person and could probably find some use out of that. i guess i would then just designate one day as my actual weigh-in date. i'm not sure if i could do the ditch the scale system. my friend suggested the picture thing too…
