~ I am on Week 2 Day 4 and have not found myself getting hungry. I will say that I have been giving myself a snack between Meals 3 & 4...maybe that is why. I ended up eating 4 snacks a day during Week 1 :-) Good Luck!

Hello ~ I am 41 and stay home with my 2 young children (4 and 2). I have 60 lbs to lose, but am concentrating on smaller goals of 10 lbs at a time so I do not feel so overwhelmed.
