I count water as water I count tea as water I count coffee as 1/2 water I know coffee and tea has a lot of controversy regarding this. I have read more often than not that the amount caffeine dehydrates you isn't enough to cancel out the water in it.

My thighs are at 24in, to me they look big. Even as a teen and a stick thin figure I ALWAYS had thighs and booty. I have just accepted that this is my shape and I love it. I definitely know how to fill out a pair of jeans, and men love it :wink:

I'm 5.8 with a BMI of 25.5 and a weight of 166 ish lol...I would love to get down 10lbs and maintain from there but in the months that I have been here I can't seem to loose more than 5lbs, I started here at 170. :frown:
