I try to net in at least 1200/day when I workout, working out 4 times per week and when not working out it's usually about 1400

My cheek bones to be more defined, I miss my washboard abs I had as a teen. But most of all, more than anything on myself, I'm love for my mid section to be tight. I have a waist, wear size M-S shirts, but I have mommy tummy...the skin...and love handles, and some lower back fat.

@nellyett that sounds pretty descent. I just need to kick my will power into full time overdrive.
