This sounds like an awesome challenge! I would love to join!

I have a HRM so I use that count from that. I'm not sure what you could log it as...
-
I was dragging pretty hard this morning. I feel a lot better now that I've completed the workout. It was challenging but with lots of rest break I made it to the end.
-
I survived Pure Cardio! I'll be switching around the next workout and my rest day because I'm running a 5K in the morning and swing dancing that night.
-
I started Insanity this week too. I'm getting ready to do Pure Cardio this morning.
-
I'm almost done with my first week of round 1.
-
I have my before and after pictures as a blog post, complete with the changes in my measurements. http://www.myfitnesspal.com/blog/Takarameri/view/30-day-shred-before-and-afters-plus-the-insanity-fit-test-425600

Fabulous difference!
-
I did 30 Day Shred first and just started Insanity but as long as you are willing to work at your own level of fitness you should be okay. Drink lots of water and stop to rest when you need to.
-
I just started Insanity yesterday but if that is close enough, I'm up for a group.
-
Well, the fit test just kicked my butt.
-
Oddly enough, that's when I was planning to start my first round of Insanity.
-
Probably this.
-
That's a great victory!
-
I like to saute them in olive oil and garlic. Turns out nice and caramelized.
-
Definitely measure. I'm almost done and I haven't lost much weight but the inches have definitely been coming off! @Sionnain I think you'll find that 1-3 lbs will probably suit you just fine starting out. I tried to start with 5lb weights and moved down after the first day or two.
-
You don't have very much to lose so there probably isn't a fast way to lose the weight. Walking is a good source of exercise though.
-
I eat three meals and 2-3 snacks between meals. Otherwise on exercise days I don't eat enough and end up making up the difference with junk food.
-
I used to read while on the stationary bike. Now I listen to audiobooks while I run.
-
I'm 25 and my diary is open.
-
Portland, OR My feed is usually pretty quiet at the end of the day too!
-
I'm a strong supporter of eating! I recently upped my calories and am netting ~1400-1500 with eating back exercise calories. Feel free to add me.
-
I have my calorie goal set to around my BMR (using a calculation that includes body fat percentage) and use a HRM to manually enter my exercise calories so that I can eat them back. I want to lose the weight but I also don't want to damage my metabolism by eating less than what my body *needs* to run.

You don't have to be mean about it but be honest. Tell her that you worked hard to get where you are at and that you aren't amused by or okay with her jokes on the subject. Set clear boundaries. If she can't respect your boundaries and your health, then you'll have to decide if it is a deal-breaker for you.

What a great NSV! Way to go!
-
This is an awesome answer! OP- Great job on your loss!
-
I log daily and could use some more active friends. Free free to add me.
-
I started running using the C25K program. I also found that it really helped to stretch before and after.
-
Feel free to add me. I'm at 222 right now and looking at losing up to 100 pounds.

I've got a random story idea that I've been feeding all year. Right now, I'm working on outlining it at a rate of 1 scene a day.
