  • I always thought I was tall, but I feel kind of short right now. :-) I'm 5'8" tall and 191 lbs. I'm not super concerned about my weight because I'm a bodybuilder, but I sure am shooting for fitting into my pants! My goal is less than 27% body fat.   • Usually when I'm feeling unmotivated, I tell myself that I don't have to get in a heavy workout as long as I show up and do SOMETHING. Usually I'm just tired, so I tell myself that I can just get on the treadmill and walk slowly. Usually by the time I warm up, I feel stupid walking slowly and get into it.
  • I am just shy of 5'8" and I used to have a goal weight of 150. Then I started powerlifting and realized you can't have both light and muscular. My new goal is less than 23% body fat and the ability to bench my own body weight, whatever that is. Good luck to everyone!
