  • hey lin. Some people will show immediate results, some people will show results nearing the mid/end of the program. were all programmed different. with a thyroid issue, it could be just that. you said you maintained 115 for the pasat year, so it very well could be related to that if you arent losing weight. I had an…
  • I apologize..I shouldnt assume.
  • Probably not, since your aiming to add or maintain your current weight.
  • lol Yes im a "coach" ;) Hence the research some of you did on my "previous" post.
  • Nope. No buying anything. All I said was clean eating.
  • I didnt say you would lose 5-10 lbs in the 5 days. All I stated was its 5 days to see what eating can do for you. Obviously just healthy or "clean" eating can promote weight loss..eating whole foods, no processed foods, eliminate refined sugars, eating 5-6 times per day, just overall balanced diet. Whether you decide to…
  • Im willing to bet it doesnt include shakeology at all.
  • That would be fine. Not everyone has the same calorie requirements/needs obviously. Its just a general guideline. As sometimes sugar free creamers have substitues that too are bad for you. I guess Ill edit the post to include just the basics. lol
  • Sorry..wrong word there..lol. Vocab police ;) Im just me. Someone looking to help others out. Is this ok?
  • Weird...What do you mean by sick? Nauseated, stomach pains?
  • The results you achieve all depend on your diet. People who bulk from P90X usually are UPPING their caloric intake in order to gain that weight. A HUGE % of your results are from your diet. Noone can tell you which one program is better for you. You set your own limitations. Any program no matter the intensity can be…
  • I signed up this morning actually! tony_canzoni
  • I find it unnecessary to weigh yourself everyday, or even every week. A lot of people tend to become discouraged with their workout and diet regiment when they weigh themselves that frequent. I personally weigh myself every 30 days. And also, the scale doesnt often tell the true story of your success.
  • Your goal is on the left.....calories you consume for the day is next.....then exercise (defecit) = NET or total calories EX 2500 Calories is your goal each day.........Consumed 3500 - Exercise (burned 800 calories) = Net or total for the day 2700

  • Hey Everyone! P90X is my favorite program by far! I Absolutely love plyos! For some reason I like torturing myself with that dvd! Ive completed the 90 days a couple of times. Ive never done any JM programs. But p90x can be intimidating. Modify when necessary. Dont be ashamed to take a break. Im actually starting a p90x…
  • I too am from NE Ohio! Stow to be exact.
  • Hey fighting, how are you today? I personally have completed p90x a couple of times. Absolutely love that program! it teaches you so much about yourself. You definitely see your true colors with the program. Some tips I would highly recommend....here's a few 1. Throw the scale out. During the program weigh yourself as…
  • That last statement doesn't make sense. Shakeology and optimum nutrition are 2 completely different products. Yes, both contain protein, one contains different antioxidants found all around the world. Also depending which shakeology you choose some are whey protein, plant based, your comparing apples and oranges.
  • Hello hope Love p90x!! Yes its difficult, yes it plays mind games with u, but this is where you have to search and find it in you to keep pushing. There is nothing wrong with hitting the pause button. I think there is something wrong if u r new to the program and don't hit pause. Modify...modify...modify ! Its better to do…
  • Good morning KR! Congrats on losing around 9 lbs thus far! It is important to recalculate your calorie needs, especially when you start losing weight! Your body need a new amount of calories. What you said is more then likely absolutely correct. You need more calories. And do NOT get worried, just because your adding more…
