Bacon is definitely better for you... especially if its turkey bacon or a lean cut there's no comparison... More protein, less fat, more anti-oxidants, less saturated fat... Clearly, bacon would win this side by side competition!

My advice for anyone within 10 or so pounds of where they think they want to be is to focus on body fat percentage and fitness level. This will do more to change what you see in the mirror and how you feel about yourself than a number on a scale.

Purely a genetic response to where you lose your body fat... crunches can help strengthen and tone the abdomen, but genetics can keep that extra fat over the muscle... Consume items that are more thermogenic... Capcasin rich foods like chili peppers, onions, garlic, red and black pepper... Green tea is suppose to help as are higher protein content foods.

Two tablespoons is 190ish... one tablespoon is 95 for most brands.

A tablespoon or two per day = healthy! Omega 3, nice macro balance and great micro nutrients... A jar + milk chocolate = fattening... Allergic reaction to peanuts = deadly... It really depends how you take it!

I use Dannon Light and Fit Greek Yogurt for snacks and lunch. I use Fage 0% for sour cream substitute and other applications when I'm at home. Both are low carb and available at Costco. Super cheap! Headin' to Davis Street Costco after work... gotta stock up on my yogurt... Also have to pick up muffins and milk for church…
