Eat at TDEE for two or three weeks to determine that is TDEE sounds as if you are there... then kick the workouts up to more workout to get to where you want to be.

I don't log anything as water that isn't strictly water but to each there own. Vitawater, homemade smoothies and low sodium V8 are the only other things I drink and I log those under food items... I watch my macro ratio, calorie total, exercise, fiber, sodium and most other micronutrients.... I am really interested in total health and have watched my blood pressure go from 145/95 to 122/82 and pulse rate go from 92 to 64. These numbers are every bit as important to me as that one on the scale.

Did weight watchers and lost a lot of weight years ago and gained it all back twice! Plus additional pounds as well...
