Hi,
My name is sruthi, I have jst joined,
i want to lose 20lbs upto march 15th,
i`ll be happy if anyone can suggest me for weigth lose,diet plans etc..if anyone can motivate for my diet plan i vill be happy.

If this is all the weight that you have to lose then 20 pounds in six weeks is going to be very difficult. First, put down that you want to lose 2 pounds per week on here and stick to that as your total number of calories. Second, burn the fat off through countless hours of workouts. Insanity three times per day and a run or two per day. That might get you three to four pounds per week for the next six weeks and to your goal. The bigger question is what are you going to do afterward? Focus on getting yourself healthy and never having to lose weight again.0

Depending on what you weigh and a few other factors it is very doable. If you change your eating habits and do regular exercise you can make it. Ive lost 17lbs in 3 weeks but thats going from sedentary to very active. Hit the gym 3-5 times a week about an hour a day. Change up your workouts to keep your body guessing. Stay focused!! you can do it!!0
