Random question, but do you ladies all have spotters? I want to start lifting again (I lifted back in high school- with 1 RMs of 155 cleans, 115 bench, and 135 squats, <-- yes my legs are weak). I really loved lifting, but I don't have a spotter here at my university. And there's literally, like, nobody in the free weights…

I wear a regular bra, with a sports bra on top of that. When I was heavier, I wore my regular bra with two sports bras.

Can I have some more details as to how it "didn't work at all"? Such as what happened- did the screen come up blank, the picture simply not show up, etc?

Mine is actually 27 pounds heavier than I am now- and at the time, I lied and said I was 10 pounds lighter than what I actually was!

I found something I like (the rowing machine) so I enjoy my workout. And now it's my stress relief. Trust me, when you enjoy your workout, it's a million times easier to be motivated.

Chicken nuggets made with cornflakes! Pretty easy to make, too. 1) Cut up thawed chicken breasts into bite-size pieces. 2) Take one egg (or two, if you're making a lot of nuggets) and beat it into a bowl. 3) Crush up some cornflake cereal (my friend also likes to use Doritos chips sometimes) into a different bowl and add…

Sodium has me up two whole pounds but it's impossible to avoid in the dining halls while trying to get adequate protein. :grumble: :grumble: :grumble:

Anyway, I'll be joining this one. Starting weight: 170.6 (my goal weight for this challenge is 169.1 (a 1.5 pound loss). Problems: Keeping my sodium in check. I live in the dorms at college, and even the healthy stuff in the dining halls is FILLED with sodium. Also, drinking enough water.

I started one of these last night, and now we have 2 postcard challenges running. If you don't mind, could we merge boards? This was the link to our board: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/860748-postcard-challenge-1-21-2-4?page=1#posts-12952411 Can you just get all of our starting weights from there? If not, I can…

Samsung Galaxy Tab 2. Has an an AMAZING battery life. Lots of useful apps. The only downside is, you can't add your own words to the dictionary (or at least, I haven't figured out how), and you can't really type very fast on the touch screen (maybe that's normal for tablets though, I'm not sure).

I'm in a swimming class (where we actually learn how to properly swim- like competitive strokes and stuff) and I've been practically drowning every day of the class, and I was starting to get super frustrated. But today I just sucked it up and said "Stop wallowing in self pity that you suck at swimming. Just f*cking do…
