Roast turkey, yukon gold mashed potatoes, and spaghetti squash with garlic and tomato. Yay for not having to cook your own meals and getting too eat at the college dining halls! (boo for the sodium, though...)

Swimming. Lots and lots of swimming. It's low-impact but still a really great workout and burns a significant amount of calories. As for the food... eh, I have a feeling you might be hungry for awhile, as your body adjusts.
