Okay, so double logging didn't work, it only burned me out. So Yay I am sticking with myfitnesspal. I purchased some new cookbooks and I am going to try some new clean recipes and go from there. Happy New Year everyone!

I am starting this program again tomorrow!! :) I have been an avid runner but sadly injured my foot and cannot run anymore, so weight lifting here I come!!

Hi ladies, I am so in the same boat as all of you with the good for a few weeks then ugh back to my old ways again. I am 35 yrs old, 5'5" and 160lbs. Would love to get back to 135lbs, but would be happy again and comfortable with myself at 145lbs. Would love more people to hold me accountable and keep me motivated!

It is like getting group personal training. Much cheaper than a gym membership and then a personal trainer. I find that it is definitely a much better workout then when I work out alone.
