"No Salt Added Bread" I usually see it as a Stop and Shop brand. It taste like cardboard, but it's great if you can't live without bread. Regular bread is super high in sodium, and that is what probably made weight loss difficult. If you are doing great without bread, just continue to do without it. Eventually you will get…

I will do this after work. Chris Brown "Yeah 3 times" is a great song to move your body to.

It absolutely does and I love it! Sex is more enjoyable because you feel better about yourself, feel sexier, your confidence level has increased, and so has your stamina--ALL because of exercise.

Amazing accomplishment. I am proud of you, also. You are correct: 10 pounds truly make a diffference. I had rapidly regained 11 pounds around Valentine's Day. The pants that I couldn't fit into, and had become too large for me to wear, became tight again. So far, I have re-lost 6 pounds and have 5 pounds to go to be where…

I find that drinking alcohol does the worst damage on the weekend. Even "light" alcoholic beverages have the same reaction as heavy ones. If you are a drinker, try to do without it. You'll be happier you did.

I believe you may be lactose intolerant or have another form of irritable bowl syndromes. This happens to me when I consume dairy products. I've gone through times my stomach expanded so much to the point that it couldn't expand anymore because there wasn't anymore skin that it could stretch. I had extreme difficulty…

It's actually taking a lot of anger in me to finally change my eating on the weekend. I think with the right foods on the menu, I may regain 1 pound because of sodium intake, but with a cocktail, I'll regain 3 pounds during the weekend alone! Tonight, I ordered water with lemon and I ate toast (you can ask for just bread…

Congrats!! I was celebrating when I became overweight as well. It is such a good feeling.

It's just one DVD that I bought for $10 at Walmart.

I am starting to get bored too, and I can't wait to move to L2. I am trying to hang on, though, because I want to make sure I have developed enough strength to move to the next level.

Completed L1D5 on Tuesday, and L1D6 today, and I am really feeling stronger now. I am lasting longer with my push-ups.

I just lost additional weight that I gained during the weekend, and now I have returned to 154 pounds. I am where I have left off, so now my goal of reaching 140 pounds appears clear to me.

I am hoping to have the energy to do L1D5 today. I usually exercise in the morning, but my morning have been very busy. My 3 year old daughter (my exercise buddy) is usually begging for a workout session, so I promised her we'll do it later. I continue to do other physical activities during my lunch break, and I usually…

I log it as circuit training. It's not just any aerobics exercise because you are incorporating weight training.

Just understand that it is a temporary gain caused by fluid retention from sodium and other possible factors, and food that is still sitting in your stomach. Maybe your diet had changed a little bit and you were not aware of it. I find that for myself, once I have lost weight, my body remembers and with increased effort,…

Nicely said. I think it's a habit for so many of us. I would have been so far in my weight loss if I wasn't blowing it on the weekend, and then spending the week days losing the additional pounds again. I am bringing myself back to the bold move of bringing my food to the restaurant (because we tend to eat out at least…

FabulousGia, I like how you recorded the date and miles that you walked, and I hope you don't mind that I use the same format, because even with a ticker from tickerfactory.com, it can get confusing, and you can lose track. 3/1: 2 miles 3/2: 1.26 miles 3/3: 1.53 miles 3/4: 0 3/5: 2.37 3/6: 2.80 miles

There are some relevant point here; however I do not agree that we need to replace sodium after exercising. If we are professional athletes, this may be fine. But we don't often exercise with that level of intensity. Most of us are consuming too much sodium already. Too much sodium causes our bodies to overwork, and…

Walked an additional 1.53 miles yesterday, but no walking today.

I can't seem to stop eating food since Valentine's Day. It was as if my body is so happy to find food after being on a diet for so long. I had regained 7 pounds, and I am having trouble losing it again because of the eating. I didn't have this much trouble after Thanksgiving and Christmas. Although I know that tomorrow is…
