I just recently upped my goal I'm 26 scale says like 314 lbs and I am 5 foot 3

I am planning on eating smaller portions... more meat and veggies and less carbs plus i'm probably going to cook less so I won't have so many leftovers but not planning on counting and i'm going to basically eat that meal and MAYBE a light breakfast
