I love both Nerdfitness and Bodyrock. Nerdfitness is probably a little less intimidating, as it is difficult to find beginners, full body workouts at Bodyrock, so I suggest to start with Nerdifitnees. :)

It happened to me in the past, then I found a suggestion that helped me. It said that sometimes the problem happens because we tie our shoe-laces to tightly. In order to make sure they aren't too tight, you should be able to put your shoes on and take them off without untying your laces.

I am a vegetarian and I hate cheese, so I eat very little animal products (eggs and the occasional milk based, non cheesy thing like ice-cream). I am taking B12 supplements, because my diet is not that different from a vegan one and I am afraid this may cause a B12 deficit.

Not saying everybody should state the obvious and open their posts with condolences at all, but maybe try to be respectful and avoid comments like "400 pounds over weight fat piece of c***" or avoid writing a single line of text just saying she basically deserved to die.

I can answer this one: greek yogurt tastes better than "normal" yogurt. Greek yogurt with fresh ingredients, added right before eating it beats flavoured "normal" yogurt in taste and quality.
