  • If you like Tonic, FeverTree makes a tasty naturally light Tonic water, 30 calories per serving.. Mixes well with vodka or gin. I think they also make a diet tonic, but I personally do not like diet tonic, because I taste the artificial sweeteners.
  • Non-fat Greek yogurt... mix with fruit and add a little honey. I will add to smoothies too. Fage also makes a 2% if you want a little fat.
  • Someone else recommended New Rules for Lifting for Women... I just purchased it and find it to be an very easy read and it clearly explains how many of the things we do to loose weight are really undermining our ability to get to a healthy weight. Check it out!
  • Definately recommend a GOOD running store such as Fleet Feet. They will analyze your gait, etc., but as pointed out they don't always get it right. A GOOD running store will typically allow you to exchange the shoes within a certain of days. I used to wear support shoes, but now with custom orthotics I need a neutral shoe.…
