im the same mate, try cutting back on your calories durig the day to allow you to at at night i'v been doing this for the last coupl of weeks and it has been working however im struggling with my exercise and think it could be because i havent got the energy. give it a try and see if it helps. good luck.

!EASIEST FISH RECIPE IN THE WORLD! take1 or two smoked haddock fillets place in a cassorole dish cover with milk add salt/pepper and a knob of butter place in a med oven for around 20 mins. (you know its done if it flakes when you lift it out) Done! have with mash and some green veg. good luck. :happy:

thats got to be frustrating, but you have got to stick with it. Do you use the forums much and have any MFP friends? I found this helped alot espesially when I had a bad week and put weight ON even though i'd been eating like a sparrow. Good luck:smile:

I am the same but have found cracker bread and light Philadelphia garlic and herb to be really good alternative with very little calories. Good luck and let me know if you get any other good ideas. :smile:

Get a sponge mix and layer them on the bottom of the dish ( with the juice) and pour over the sponge mix. 20 min at med heat. Louverly treat :)

Snap! Mon-fri I'm not going to say easy but no real problem but Friday night just kicks it off and it's down hill from there. One thing that did seem to work is making sure you don't slip on Friday then try and carry it through the weekend .
