feel free to add me.. im a mom of 4.. 2 girls ages 12 and 6 and 2 boys ages 7 and 1 1/2 . i have currently lost 53 lbs from my heaviest and wont give up until i reach my final goal!

Im always telling myself this also because i dont see the difference...even 52 lbs later or even from 3 months ago but im down almost 2 sizes in 3 months

i have always been told and always keep telling myself(especially on bad weigh ins) that the slower it comes off the longer it stays off.

First off...congrats on the pregnancy. and i agree with talking with your OB. you dont want to avoid food because you and your baby need the food and nutrients,altho i think they say that you only need something like 300 extra calories while being pregnant a day.

my mom takes the green tea ones and shes lost alot of weight and she says she really likes them(altho she in no way needs them) but she loves them. i just got done with my first month of phenetrim(or something like that) it is RX only i no way got the energy i was told they give people but it did help supress the appetite…

i dont eat anything different than i use to and have lost 14.8 lbs so far( and not to mention 45 lbs LESS than what i was 5 years ago) i have tried veggies and i just cant..i dont mind fruit so i eat fruit but i eat the same i just eat LESS and excercise

im tired of looking the way i do....and want to be the healthiest i can be for my kids and never know might be able to find that someone special (or so im hoping cuz just seems my weight has something to do with being single..but if not then i still have my kids but having that someone special to share my life with would…

you might be building muscle especially if you are spending alot of time at teh gym, or its just water weight.
