Eating The Day Before Weighing Yourself
So Ive heard lots of different people say they drink more,drink less,do extra cardio,eat less,eat the same to help them get the most out of their last workout before they get on the scale the next day..... Does it really make a difference if you do 1 or the other?

Ab Workouts
So I do crunches and planks(just started with the planks tho) is there anything else i can do to help loose /flatten/tighten the stomache/abs? i also do an hour of cardio 5-6 days a week.

Accomplished
Well i did my weigh in and measurements this morning and lost 3.2 lbs and in my waist hips,and thighs lost 1/2 an inch but my arms stayed the same. Was hoping for more of a loss in my measurements but I guess a little is better than nothing...Just hope im doing them right and I really am loosing inches. But i got thinking…
