So I do crunches and planks(just started with the planks tho) is there anything else i can do to help loose /flatten/tighten the stomache/abs? i also do an hour of cardio 5-6 days a week.

    It's 80% diet. Sure, do your planks. I'd also recommend lifting heavy weights if you have the possibility.

    But you will still need a very low body fat % to see the muscular abs.

    Lots of heavy compound exercises with a caloric deficit. Mainly the deficit.
