Well i did my weigh in and measurements this morning and lost 3.2 lbs and in my waist hips, and thighs lost 1/2 an inch but my arms stayed the same. Was hoping for more of a loss in my measurements but I guess a little is better than nothing...Just hope im doing them right and I really am loosing inches. But i got thinking and 5 1/2 years ago I was 45 lbs heavier than I am right now! I know its only 45 lbs but never thought i would say that! So that kind of made my day a little brighter! And have noticed my clothes are getting too big and couple pairs of my workout pants are way to big and keep wanting to fall off as im working out--thank god i work out at home lol! And all my shirts are to big..guess I have a reason to spend a couple bucks on myself for a new outfit!

45lbs is awesome! Keep up the good work and you will see changes in no time. I have been stuck around losing 15lbs and I have about 70 left to go. But I have noticed I have more energy, and I am able to climb lots of stairs without getting too winded. Look at the small things and the big things will happen before you know it :)

Slow and steady is more likely to stay off than drastic changes! You are doing great!
