There is a low calorie beeer that is only 67 calories!!!! I think its called Molson 67. It might just be a Canadian thing not sure!

I would like to know as well. I am currently running on the treadmill for 30 minutes per day and have been lifting weights after but not sure how much I should be doing!

I like to look at the motivational pictures of befores and afters and that really motivates me!! Also I feel wayyyyyyy better after!

YES I Think i'm addicted especially at looking at the before and after pictures of people its so inspiring!!

If you workout in the morning your suppose to do it before you eat anything and this will burn belly fat faster!! So i would say after.

I think it depends too on what kind of calories you are consuming. If they are healthy calories from fruits vegetables, whole grains etc you will keep losing!

I would try some strength exercising. I had a baby in January and have lost 37 pounds since then. I was in a rut for a while by just doing cardio and changed it up a bit by adding weights really helped!!!

My goal was to run farther then I did yesterday. Yesterday I ran 4.09 km in 30 minutes. Today I ran 4.28km. A little better. I'm trying to get to 5km in 30 minutes. Tomorrows goal is to do even better.
