I just had a baby 3 months ago and am starting to return to my pre - pregnancy weight. This is my second child and now have the perfect family and am finished having kids. I was just wondering if stretch marks..seen in the picture will be there forever or eventually go away??

Green Tea
I was stuck in the 140s for months and then started drinking green tea. Without any other changes the weight magically just started coming off and without doing anything else I lost 10 pounds. I think everyone should try it.

Running Question
I just got a treadmill for Christmas and have been running 30 minutes everyday. I'm up to 3.64km in 30 minutes. I don't know how good this is? Can anyone help?
