I've only read a few replies and the differences in weight are pretty amazing! I'm 5'6'' i'm currently 152lbs and feel fantastic! Could it be overtraining? I find it hard to sleep when I'm doing too much exercise. You need breaks to relax and let your body rest.

I used to put protein into my morning porridge or morning pancake, yum! Could also try in a yoghurt or smoothie, or basically anything you could mix it into, obviously you would want it to be vanilla flavoured :)

I started it last year but didn't follow through. I thought it was a great program and definitely would try it again in the future. I loved seeing the results of the weights getting higher, as well as my butt!! :o) There is a group on here for NROL although I haven't checked out the posts yet.

I would rather run in the cooling rain than in killer heat, its so refreshing. I've been all sorts, daily weigher, weekly, monthly, avoiding them all together! I've tried monthly weighing but think i need the motivation of a weekly weigh in, but on the other hand if it isn't good news I do get disheartened. It's all a learning curve! lol.
