Hello
I'm Clair, been on MFP for over a year lost almost 2 stone. I attend Slimming World classes but still calorie count, I've found I need the weekly weigh in at the class to keep me on track.
I love exercise and always try to mix it up.
I don't starve myself, I love food, I love socialising but have found I can balance it out and lose at a steady rate.
I've got lots of lovely supportive friends on MFP who all have different goals and would be happy to have to more friends

Hey Clair, I'm Claire! hehe That is awesome and keep it up! I don't know about slimming world, but I also fit pretty much whatever I want into my diet and lose...(just don't always practice portion control) :O0

Hmm Slimming World must be a UK thing. I've been on here almost a year and I love it.
