5'6''m UK female, 34yo, almost at target, follows SW

Hello
I'm Clair, been on MFP for over a year lost almost 2 stone. I attend Slimming World classes but still calorie count, I've found I need the weekly weigh in at the class to keep me on track.
I love exercise and always try to mix it up.
I don't starve myself, I love food, I love socialising but have found I can balance it out and lose at a steady rate.
I've got lots of lovely supportive friends on MFP who all have different goals and would be happy to have to more friends :)

    Hey Clair, I'm Claire! hehe That is awesome and keep it up! I don't know about slimming world, but I also fit pretty much whatever I want into my diet and lose...(just don't always practice portion control) :O

    Hmm Slimming World must be a UK thing. I've been on here almost a year and I love it.
